A host family is needed for a wonderful high school exchange student from Germany for the 2008-9 school year. Any interested families would need to provide basic room, board, and accept them as part of the family for 10 months. There is no cost for the program.

Here is a little bit of info out the excange student: Her name is Carina. She is 16 years old and in the 10th grade. She has been studying English for 6 years. She is a volleyball star! She also loves playing beach volleyball, swimming, reading, playing cards and ironing. She plays the flute in orchestra and band. She also loves to travel.

SMBC PLAYER MANUAL 1.0 ARRIVES!

Hello, players and parents, and thank you for the patience you have shown as we worked to finalize our inaugural SMBC Player Manual. Below please find a PDF copy of Edition 1.0, which is 100 pages long and took roughly as many man-hours to complete.

Please note that significant time and energy were put into the creation of this Manual; in part to protect its valuable content, the Manual will be removed from the website after five days.

I have a vision and a goal to make SMBC one of the best clubs regionally and nationally, in terms of our success and victories on the court, yes, but more importantly in the quality of the training and coaching we provide and the familial atmosphere that makes our club so unique. The SMBC Player Manual, which we can honestly say is unlike anything you will find elsewhere, truly one-of-a-kind, only raises the bar higher. Please take the time to read through the Manual whether player or parent, as the information contained within is extraordinarily in-depth and of great benefit.
